that version of Photoshop should work. we will figure it out.
Try again to reinstall Creative Cloud. Uninstall Photoshop (and any other Adobe apps that’s preventing CC from being uninstalled) and reinstall CC and then install the most up to date Photoshop 26.6. If that doesn’t work, restart your computer and then try to install SPA again. Let me know if that reset works or not
