For full body, Sports Photo Automation works best as this has bottom of subject detection. (Not Face Crop, Face Crop only measures the face). Setup your template with modes 2, 3, 4 or SPA. They will scale from the top to the bottom.
Important: When you batch, check the “use select subject” checkout. If not, it will detect the bottom of the transparency as the bottom of the subject. For non-cutouts, you’ll need to use this.
Another important thing is that SPA will only align the subject to the red lines in your template. It doesn’t care if there’s empty space where your original image doesn’t fill the template. So if you want a specific solid color, then you’ll need to put a solid fill color layer below the player setup layers.
Another note, this screenshot example shows player mode 3, however, I notice that some of your images the face can’t clearly be seen and face detection can’t work correctly if the faces can’t be seen. In this case, mode 4 will work better since it aligns by the edges of the subject and doesn’t use face detection.
