Hi Alicia,

Thank you for providing the screenshots with it as well.

Have you tried running it in diagnostics mode to see if anything is setup incorrectly by accident? Send us a screenshot of the error message if it gives you one. If you don’t get any messages, send full versions of the screenshots of the CSV and Photoshop layers so we can get a better look at it
