    With error 2, sometimes restarting the computer will fix it.

    If restarting the computer doesn’t fix it then the issue is either with Adobe, Mac OSX, or with your Creative Cloud account.  There is nothing I can change in the CCX file to make it work differently.  A CCX file is just a zip file of the plugin files renamed to .ccx. There is no computer coding in the ccx files to control the installation. That is all handle by Adobe and the OS.  Just based on the .ccx file extension, Adobe is suppose to unzip the file and move the files into Creative Cloud to install them.

    If something doesn’t work then the only options are to use the manual installers or contact Adobe to fix Creative Cloud on your computer to get it to work with CCX files.  There is nothing I can do to fix Creative Cloud on your computer. Adobe would have to do that.
