Can you please describe what happens when it runs? Does it spend a lot of time on each images hunting for the face before moving on to the next image (20+ seconds per image)? Or does it seem to find the face and go immediately to the next image (5 seconds or so per image)?
If it seems to find the dace then it could be an image saving issues and not a face detection issue.
