    The TSV file looks OK as far as I can tell. I decrypted a bunch on the data from column A and nothing looks abnormal.

    So a couple of questions.

    1. Are all of the cutouts in the same folder? When running from a CSV or TSV data file, SPA can’t process from sub-folders.

    2. Are all of the cutouts in png format?  The tsv data file specifies png for all images. If some of the cutouts are tif then it won’t process those since the data file specifies png.  If any of the files are tif then you can change the cells in the second column to tif and it will then run those images.

    Please let me know on these 2 items and we can proceed from there if these are not the issue.
