OK, so this is a clue maybe… it made it through 168, but now won’t start up at all.

So are you telling it to resume the process? If so then I suspect image 169 has issues, maybe a corrupted file.  If you are trying to resume then you are trying to start back up on the corrupted file.

For testing, please try to run it on a different folder of images.

Does it still crash?

If not, then figure out which image it is stuck on in the first batch. See if that image will even open in Photoshop. If not, the remove that image from the folder and try running the rest.
