BTW, are the Altafiber folks digging over in your part of the neighborhood yet? I know separately we discussed about Frontier, but they kept saying you couldn’t get it…

I think what’s going on here is screen resolution.  The panel of choices is bigger than your screen can show, causing the RUN button to be below the edge of what you can see on the screen.  Can you try a different screen resolution?
