I’m not an official support person, but I’ve been using SPA for a while — hopefully my own experience can help you figure this out.

– Have you tried running a small batch and doing it with diagnostic mode and pause-each-image enabled?

– Is your template set up with a player in player placeholder 1?

– If you have the template with player in placeholder 1, and it’s using placement mode 1, 2, 3, or 6, is the subject’s face/eyes visible? (1/2/3/6 use face detection on the GPU to do the sizing/scaling/placement) – if this fails, it won’t save that image.
